Bathe in the late afternoon glow where we're just starting to ease into our evening ✨ We'll start with a guided meditation, followed by a brain-melting sound bath and ending with a cup of non-caffeinated tea to promote relaxation of the mind and body. 

Useful tips:
  • Wear comfortable clothes. 
  • We will provide yoga mats, eye masks, pillows and blankets. 
  • Please ensure that you do not have a full meal right before class in order to be able to sink deeper into the experience. If you must eat something, we recommend that you eat after the class or have your lunch at least 2 hours before class.
This class is not suitable for:
  • Children under 12 years old
  • Pregnant women in their first trimester
  • People with metal implants in their bodies
