Let us help get you ready for a restful night's sleep 💞 We'll start with a guided meditation, followed by a soothing sound bath and ending with a cup of non-caffeinated tea to promote deep rest.
Useful tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes. Come in your pajamas if you want! We won't judge 😉
- We will provide yoga mats, eye masks, pillows and blankets.
- Please ensure that you do not have a full meal right before class in order to be able to sink deeper into the experience. If you must eat something, we recommend that you eat something light after the class or have an early dinner at least 2 hours before class.
This class is not suitable for:
- Children under 12 years old
- Pregnant women in their first trimester
- People with metal implants in their bodies
