This will give you enough sessions to experience all the benefits of Kasa Therapy and return for monthly "maintenance" sessions. Kasa Therapy can help you with:

Stress, overthinking, negative thought cycles
Sleeping problems
Constipation
Joint-aches

Most sessions will take only 60 minutes (1 hour) unless you are looking for healing across a variety of ailments.

Kasa Sound Therapy is suitable for most people and ages except if you:

Are 16 weeks and below into your pregnancy
Had any kind of surgery within the last 365 days
Have metal implants in your body (including contraceptives)

Please note that some treatments may require the bowls to be placed directly on your body. If this is something that you might be uncomfortable with, please let your therapist know ahead of time.
