Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a progressive, breath-led yoga practice rooted in repetition, discipline, and self-inquiry. Over time, the same sequence becomes a mirror  revealing not just physical strength and flexibility, but patterns of effort, resistance, patience, and presence.

This practice is designed to be done consistently. Without regular attendance, Ashtanga can feel confusing, frustrating, or discouraging. With consistency, however, it becomes deeply stabilising, empowering, and clarifying both on and off the mat.

That’s why our Ashtanga memberships and packages are intentionally structured to support steady, ongoing practice rather than sporadic drop-ins. We believe progress in Ashtanga doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from showing up again and again, allowing the practice to meet you where you are and evolve with you over time.
